Abstract
The article focuses on the typing and matching strategies in patients on anti-CD38 monoclonal therapy. The cells do not clean completely the interference that dara produce. Dara interference is heterogeneous on the different screening cells. They manage these results with an haematologist supervision, using common sense to transfuse patients without delay.
