Abstract
The article discusses the procedure of the application of cartilage graft butterfly myringoplasty (CGBM) for tympanic membrane perforations. It outlines the surgical techniques, indications for surgery, and ethical considerations on the use CGBM for closing small-to-medium-sized tympanic membrane perforations. It also notes the audiological results, postoperative complications, and the success rate of perforation closure of tympanic membrane perforations.
