Abstract
The clinical and laboratory criteria for hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis should be taken into account during the juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia diagnosis, specifically in CBL syndrome, to reveal the presence of primary rather than secondary associated hemophagocytosis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
