Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 57-year-old man with history of progressive cerebellar-pyramidal syndrome and mention how changes of chronic lymphocytic inflammation with pontine perivascular enhancement responsive to steroids, create a diagnostic challenge of the brainstem inflammation.
