Abstract
The article focuses on application to anti-CD38 interferences in neutralization of red cell antibodies using soluble proteins. It mentions that the neutralizing substance is first incubated with the serum, allowing the substance to bind to the variable regions of the target antibody and after incubation, the treated serum is then used to perform antibody identification in the test.
