Abstract
Genes expressed by B cells ( I CD79A i and I CD79B i ) were also differentially expressed in the neoplastic samples, presumably by admixed B cells. Graph: Figure 1 (a) Unsupervised clustering analysis based on the gene expression of 70 selected genes in serial samples of patients with mycosis fungoides (MF). This study confirmed the suitability of nCounter technology for analysing routine MF samples, facilitating the identification of specific diagnostic markers, and confirming the presence of a patient-specific MF signature.
