Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 15-year-old boy who suddenly collapsed while walking and had experienced seizure-like activities. The patient underwent electrocardiography (EKG) which shows prolonged QT interval which may be the result of a primary long QT syndrome (LTQS). It discusses the clinical features of LQTS, saying that LQTS patients may experience dizziness, palpitations and syncope.
