Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 44-year-old-female who was admitted in the intensive care unit (ICU) with symptoms of shock and extensive cellulitis of lower abdomen. As mentioned, the female was earlier being treated for end-stage liver disease and cirrhosis secondary to hepatitis B, C and autoimmune hepatitis. She was pronounced dead after some days as her health kept on deteriorating.
