Abstract
The article discusses a study to investigate data on combination cetuximab (CTX)/methotrexate (MTX) in non¿resectable recurrent or metastatic (R/M) head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) patients. Topics discussed include platinum¿based chemotherapy for the treatment of HNSCC patients, the definition of progression¿free survival (PFS), and the application of the Kaplan¿Meier method to describe the distribution of the PFS.
