The article focuses on future perspectives of immunotherapy in colorectal cancer (CRC). Through immunotherapy, the modulation of immune response in medically possible. As stated, though surgery is the main treatment, conventional oncologic therapy alongwith immunotherapy can better the treatment outcomes. As advised, further investigations should base on the dendritic cellbased vaccines effect in controlled, randomized CRC patients.
