Degree recipients must submit their thesis to the library in accordance with Article 58 (submission of thesis) of the Pusan ​​National University Academic Management Regulations and Article 10 (data deposit) of the Pusan ​​National University Library Regulations. Submitted papers are deposited in accordance with Article 21 of the Library Act (deposit of library materials), Article 15 of the Enforcement Decree of the Library Act (deposit of library materials), and Article 7 of the National Assembly Library Act (deposit of library materials, etc.).

Please submit a printed copy of your thesis and the original file according to the instructions below.

Thesis submission is divided into two types: file/printed, and both file and printed must be submitted

Matters related to the preparation and binding of the thesis shall be in accordance with Pusan National University Guidelines for thesis writing (tel : ☎ 051-510-1901)

Method

① Online Submission

  • File type : .hwp, .doc, pdf etc
  • Link :File Submission Site
  • Enter submitter information in the thesis submission menu
  • Register thesis file-Register as 1 file (however, large files can be divided into up to 5 files)-The split file upload order is the same as the printed book binding instructions (Cover > Authorization > Table of Contents > Abstract > Main Text > References > Appendices)-Submission of approval sheet without judge stamp (*Limited to online submission, printed copy requires judge stamp)-Check the degree award date on the cover page (August 2024)/the approval date on the approval sheet (the date the actual thesis was approved)-Delete the spine cover (pages printed vertically) before uploading-Files saved as a group photo must be deactivated and submitted (when converted to PDF in the Korean combination mode, 2 pages are displayed per page)
  • Enter paper information-The table of contents and main text outline numbers and pages must match.-Enter information such as abstract, summary, advisor, etc.-Enter topic keywords (changed to required)-‘One-space spacing’ between the table of contents and page numbers in bookmarks <(Example) 2. ② Direct visit submission [if file cannot be submitted online]

  • Submit in person only in the following cases where direct online registration is not possible.
  • File type : If the file size is large(more 50MB) or the number of partitioned files is high(6 more)
  • Submission method
    ① Alternatively, submit 1 printed copy + 1 Author Permission Agreement by mail/visit to the Library Information Technology Services Team file_downloadAuthor Permission Agreement (Self-written signature is required, and can be submitted by an agent)

③ Other precautions

  • Files submitted will be deleted due to server disk capacity issues, so the original file must be stored separately.
  • For inquiries regarding thesis specifications and graduation circumstances (※ Graduate School Innovation Office ☎ 510-1901)
  • Thesis status does not affect graduation status.
Notice
  • Be sure to delete all the back cover (page with vertical title only) and blank (page with nothing) of the paper
  • The signature page with the name and approval date of the judge must be included, and Submit a signature page without judge’s seals
    ※ Copies must have judge’s seals
  • Be sure to confirm the degree award date on the cover (2024. 2.)
  • Submitted files will be deleted, so keep the original copy of the thesis file

Submission target and number
  • Same as master’s and doctorate’s 3 copies (department of Law 4 copies), If you do not submit the degree thesis file, add one copy and submit Author Permission Agreement (Self-written signature is required, and can be submitted by an agent)
  • Use gray leather for submission paper cover (softcover)
  • The composition of this is Cover, Flyleaf, Inner title page and signature page, Table of Contents, Abstract, Main text, References, Annexes (if any), Abstract(foreign Language)
