JSTOR integrates and transfers high-quality collections and key features provided through the Artstor Digital Library platform to the JSTOR platform to deliver a wide range of digital content on a platform optimized for research and education.
Therefore, the currently operating Artstor Digital Library platform will be completely shut down on Aug. 1, 2024. Under JSTOR’s plan to transfer all image groups within its Artstor Digital Library platform to the JSTOR platform, individual users of the Artstor Digital Library will need to transfer the content contained in their personal accounts before Feb. 1.
If you have a collection in your personal account at the Artstor Digital Library, we recommend that you follow the steps below to copy the image group by February 1st so that you can continue to use the content in your JSTOR workspace.
1. https://library.artstor.org/ : Log in using your personal account.
2. Open the Browse menu and click Personal Collections.
3. Open the Organize menu and click Select all on page to select all images.
4. Select Save selections to new group from the Organize menu again, and set the name of the new image group. (Up to 72 items will be displayed per page. If your personal collection has more than 72 images, repeat the same steps for each page.)
