Abstract
How to automatically correct controller parametric mismatch and improve motor current closed-loop bandwidth in gain scheduling is an important issue for general motor drives. This article first introduces the frequency domain tuning method of the current controller. Then, the time delay identification and model parameters self-correction method based on frequency sweep is introduced to avoid the influence caused by parameter mismatch between the plant and controller model. On this basis, the phase lead module combined with the active resistance term is designed as a prefilter for the current regulator, so as to achieve a faster current dynamic response and improve disturbance rejection. Finally, the parameter setting for the proposed current regulator is introduced for better practice. Experiments for different permanent magnet synchronous machines are carried out on a miniature drive system, the results fully verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
