본 연구의 목적은 중국조선족 음악교사교육의 현황고찰을 통하여 음악교사교육측면과 교사양성기관 등 방면에서 원인규명을 하며 이를 토대로 향후 주요목적, 바람직한 음악교사교육의 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다. 위에서 제시한 목적을 규명하기 위하여 연변교육학원, 연수학교의 음악교련원과 연변주내 조선족학교 음악교사들을 대상으로, 설문조사와 개별면담조사를 진행하였다. 설문을 통하여 음악교사교육의 실태를 심층 분석하고 여기에서 나타난 구체적인 내용을 바탕으로 향후 중국조선족 음악교사교육에 대한 구체적인 개선 방안을 교사에 대한 세 가지 요구와 교사의 질을 높일 수 있는 외부의 요인 두 가지로 조명해 보고자 한다.
The purpose of this research based onthe investigation of status of the education for Chinese Korean music teachers. And the study also raised the questions about the future main purpose and the development direction of education for excellent music teachers, by investigating the training of music teachers and the music teachers’ training institutions. For further study, we conducted a questionnaire survey and interview taken from Yanbian Educational College, school instructors and the music teachers of Korean Chinese schools in Yanbian. Through the survey, it is not only further depth analysis about the status of education for the music teachers, but also comes up with an improvement programme for meeting the needs of music teachers by three parts and the external cause of improving the qualification of the teachers.
