Abstract
China is a multi-ethnic group country with a long history and Xinjiang is one of multinational Provinces. The development of minority nationality regions is about the country. After new China, Chinese Central Government and The Chinese Communist Party attaches great importance to developing minority education in Xinjiang province and formulated a series of policies. However, due to the factors of history and natural circumstance, the foundation of education in Xinjiang province is weak. Therefore, the minority education policies has taken a new importance. this paper will study the process of minority education policy implementation in Xinjiang province by sorting various concepts and related theories. By studying the process of minority education policy implementation in Xinjiang province to analyze existing problems and to raise coping measures. Paper were both before and a after the reform and opening up 30 years of national minority education policy and its practice in the carding process and comment. In particular, summed up after the reform and opening up of national education policy in Xinjiang. The changes mainly in 3 aspect transformation of practice namely: people's mind, investment in human resources and economic resources and the management system. From the 3 aspect above pointed out the education for nationalities policy the question which exists in the practice process. mainly exists in ideological concept economy sustain teachers level and management as well as teaching system and so on. This article focus on the education polices of minority and from the transformation education idea, increases the educational expenditure strengthen the teachers strength, aspects and so don development characteristic educational pattern to put forward some proposals.
