Abstract
Wealth while providing a lot of convenience and fast-paced environment to adapt to changes in the development of the information society and civilization to the modern people to office workers, a job is a stressful experience. Emerged as a social problem and the resulting psychological, physical, and behavioral adverse effects from these realities, and recent attention on ways to cope with job stress management are increasing. To cope with and manage stress appropriately can be made in adverse conditions of chronic stress is cumulative and will cause many problems in the lives of individuals. This study is to relieve job stress and job performance of police feel for the treatment of therapy (ACT: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) program is dedicated accommodate its effectiveness is verified.
