Abstract
The center positioning of Fresnel lens is a necessary part of its automated production line, providing positioning information for subsequent lens cutting. In this paper, we propose a Fresnel lens center positioning method based on the Canny-Hough detection algorithm. First, we use the adaptive threshold Canny edge detection algorithm to efficiently and completely extract the edge contour of Fresnel lens, and combined with the Harris corner point detection algorithm to achieve the initial positioning of the lens center. Then we propose an improved Hough roundness detection algorithm to achieve the precise positioning of the lens center. The application of this method to the automated production of Fresnel lens can greatly reduce labor costs and time costs, and improve positioning accuracy.
