Abstract
@@@@Wang et al. generate a series of primary ESCC mouse models driven by different genetic mutations with premalignant esophageal organoids. Among them, TGFBR2-deficient ESCC, in which Smad3 activation is abnormally activated, can be targeted by pinaverium bromide, an FDA-approved calcium channel blocker.
