Abstract
@@@@Zhang and colleagues proposed a data-driven approach to modifying oncolytic viruses based on the landscape of the tumor immune microenvironment associated with therapeutic responses. The modified oncolytic virus effectively eradicated tumors by activating cooperative innate-adaptive immunity. This work accelerates the development of more effective oncolytic virotherapy and combination regimens.
