Abstract
Highlights •Arachidonic acid (AA), one of the most abundant polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) in living organisms, was assembled into a nanomicelle (ADM) using 1,6-diaminohexane.•ADM could act as a radiosensitizer, significantly enhancing the therapeutic effects of radiotherapy (RT) and effectively activating the antitumor immune response.•ADM loaded with R848 was able to activate systemic immune responses, inhibiting lung metastasis of 4T1 orthotopic tumors and preventing tumor rechallenge.
