Abstract
Highlights •A dual-ratiometric electrochemical aptasensing strategy was developed to simultaneously detect multi-analytes.•Hairpin DNA with rigid 2D structure greatly improves the assembly and recognition efficiency of the sensing interface.•The developed aptasensor has simultaneously and accurately determined AFB1 and OTA with no cross-reactivity.
