Abstract
Highlights •Pancreatic cancer cells can generate migrasomes, which actively induce the recruitment of macrophages.•Pancreatic cancer cell-derived migrasomes (PCDMs) are enriched with chemokines and cytokines.•PCDM-educate macrophages promote cancer progression by fostering an immunosuppressive TME.•These novel findings provide new directions to explore innovative immunotherapy approaches for various cancers.
