Abstract
Highlights •Fluorescent star polymers are obtained by a high-efficiency continuous-flow synthesis method.•These polymers possess temperature- and pH-responsive capability.•Self-assembled nanoparticles by these polymers exhibit good cell viability, cell uptake, and cell imaging performance.
