Abstract
The article profiles several lottery winners. Jacki Cisneros, a television assignment editor, won 266 million dollars in California in May 2010, which she and her husband Gilbert have used to create the Gilbert and Jacki Cisneros Foundation to fund Hispanic education programs. Joe Denette was an unemployed construction worker who used his 225-million-dollar-winnings to buy a NASCAR truck-racing team. Shirley Press kept her job as a doctor despite wining 56 million dollars in September 2001.
