Abstract
The article presents a study concerning the long term results of Lumbar fusion surgery among the workers' compensation (WC) subjects. It discusses several issues like the fair results of return to work (RTW) status, permanent disability and postsurgical complications of patients in WC setting. The research concluded that the procedure correlates with the relatively increase in disability, poor RTW status and continuous work loss.
