Abstract
The article focuses on the dating studies which suggests that hominids arrived at the Sangiran dome, an archaeological excavation site in Java, Indonesia.. It mentions combined use of uranium/ lead dating and fission-track dating on zircons from three key strata in the hominid- bearing layers of Sangiran.
