Abstract
The article discusses what characterizes a high school development capacity. Topics include scientific findings on school development that promote learning show that it is not a single factor that is important, but that a combination of different factors is necessary so that schools can change sustainably; the lack of digital skills of the teachers; and efforts of teachers and school leaders as well as in school teams with regard to improving teaching and the support strategies of students.
