Abstract
Reviews Criminal Proceedings against Syed (C-572/17) (ECJ) on whether, in the context of proceedings against a vendor of clothes and accessories bearing rock music motifs that infringed copyright, the storage of such goods amounted to infringement of the exclusive distribution right under Directive 2001/29 (Copyright Directive) art.4(1) if they were intended for storage in the state in which they were protected.
