British, 20th century, male. Born 29 April 1878, in Wolverhampton. Watercolourist, engraver. Genre scenes, landscapes. Charles William Taylor studied at the Royal College of Art in London and settled in Southend-on-Sea. He produced burin wood engravings of landscapes and genre scenes.
