Abstract
We demonstrate how the development of organic semiconductors, passive materials and formulations enables the manufacture of high performance OTFT arrays suitable for mass production of printed display backplanes. We utilize polymer or small molecule organic semiconductors, which can be printed or coated to fabricate OTFT’s with mobilities greater than amorphous silicon.
