Abstract
The palm oil industry in Southeast Asia provides a relatively cheap source of feedstock for the United States and biodiesel markets, and new biofuel legislation has brought more importance to the region's palm biodiesel market. Forecasts and current trends in palm biodiesel production, regional demand, and the new biodiesel policies, are presented.
