Abstract
Several tips to help meeting planners avoid problems when signing contracts for meeting facilities are presented. Meeting planners must devote extra care and effort in going through the details of contracts before signing them. Contracts regulate the conducts of meeting planners and owners of convention facilities. These documents influence pre-meeting, on-site and post-meeting actions of meeting planners. They should bear in mind that they are bound by the provisions of contracts from the start to end of meetings.
