Abstract
Research has been conducted on Helicobacter pylori. The isolation of this bacterium from the untreated wastewater via the immunomagnetic separation and culturing techniques, the identification of the bacterium via PCR and microbiological tests and the genotyping of its isolates via PCR have been performed and are discussed.
