Abstract
Research has been conducted on the myoglobin cavity mutant, H93G. Results of the NMR experiments indicate that the distal and proximal fluorine probes are sensitive to the protein structure's conformational changes due to the changes in the ligation and oxidation states of the heme iron in myoglobin.
