Abstract
This study designs a management system for motorcycle parking lot. The means of transport are an important part in our daily lives. Because the convenience and lower cost, the motorcycles become the most common means of transport in Taiwan. Therefore the motorcycle parking lots are much-needed public facilities and the management system is an important issue. The designed system is based on the RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) system, Visual Basic (VB) language and MySQL system. The MySQL is used to create a database for recording the parking information and the VB is adopted to design the software interface for accessing database. Then, the system uses PHP to create parking information page. The car owners can use RFID tag to record the parking information. The users can use browser or APP for mobile devices to query the parking information.
