Abstract
In this work, we investigate how to leverage Big Data to build an application to help medically under-privileged individuals to make travel decisions during pandemics. We propose a prototype platform which takes as inputs both personal heal information and hospital resource data of an intended desti-nation, as well as additional configurations for user preferences, to make recommendations. We will discuss how to expand the platform to tackle upcoming challenges the world presents us.
