Abstract
In this research, micro-drilling machining operation on delamination effect of a Poly-lactic acid (PLA)14% Bronze composite filament on different drilling conditions. The layer thickness and printing angle implies the ultimate tensile strength. The various machining input parameters were speed, feed and width of cut. To study the delamination percentage for drilled holes and hole diameter were investigated using optimization techniques as Response Surface Methodology (RSM). The performance of a micro-drilling operation is highly influenced on drilled hole. It indicates the quality of machining studies on PLA material. As a result, it indicates the feed, speed and width of cut were most significant factor on delamination contributes the roundness of a drilled hole and explains the behavior of MRR in composite material.
