Abstract
The results of studies of the phase composition of film materials on the basis of metals dependence versus the entropy degree are presented. It was shown that intermetallics are formed in film materials based on Fe and Ni or Mo, Fe and Pd or Pt, which was taken into account when selecting components for high-enriched alloys (HEA). It was established that in the HEA based on Co, Fe, Ni, Cu and Al, there is a two-phase composition after the condensation: the FCC phase and the BCC phase traces, which corresponds to intermetallides based on Ni and Al or Fe and Cr. The phase composition is homogenized and corresponds to the FCC phase with the parameter a = 0,360 - 0,365 nm after annealing.
