Abstract
In this study, the factors of optimizing the temperature distribution of the air-conditioned room are based on experiments to provide analysis and evaluation to choose the best option for comfort zones. By using reputable testing methods in statistics: Taguchi, ANOVA, and supporting software in model building (SOLIDWORK), numerical and statistical software (MINITAB), from there, conducting experiments and data processing. The research has given the optimal factors for the air-conditioned room temperature field, including room temperature measurement plan (P1), time to measure room temperature (P2), value setting of the temperature for the indoor unit (P3), and final indoor unit fan speed (P4). After performing experiments, verifying, and using statistical analysis methods, the optimal model results for the room temperature field are P12P23P31P43 (Option of room temperature measurement plan P12 (Option 2), time to measure room temperature P23 (15h), value setting of temperature for indoor unit P31 (22°C), indoor unit fan speed P43 (Level 3)). In which the temperature setting for the indoor unit (C) has the greatest impact. The study has given the optimal factors for the conditioned room temperature distribution. In addition, the study also made predictions to meet the comfort zone of the students sitting inside the air-conditioned room, to offer layout and arrangement options suitable for the epidemic period.
