Abstract
This paper presents an optical spectroscopy instrumentation system engineered to measure time correlation of single photons. We explore the phenomenon of correlated Stokes-anti-Stokes (SaS) Raman scattering, analyzing the quantum nature of the phenomenon. An experimental apparatus was implemented to measure the scattering in diamond, confirming its quantum character, with the purpose of using the SaS photon pair in the codification and transmission of information.
