Abstract
The paper deals with deterministic-stochastic modeling of the current diffusion equation (CDE). Deterministic part of the analysis is carried out by means of standard finite element method (FEM). Stochastic postprocessing of the deterministic results is carried out by means of nonintrusive stochastic collocation method (SCM) and analysis of variance (ANOVA) approach. Some numerical results illustrating the convergence of SCM, confidence interval and sensitivity indices are given in the paper.
