Abstract
采用反相乳液聚合工艺半连续乳液聚合法.以水溶性丙烯酰胺(AM)为主链结构,甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)水溶性阳离子单体,油酸山梨坦(Span80)、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单油酸酯(tween81)、阳离子型有机高分子乳化剂复配乳化体系,氧化还原引发体系,合成阳离子乳液型絮凝剂.将合成产品在湛江某污水处理厂进行现场应用研究,与其自用阳离子絮凝剂(粉末状)实际应用中进行效果对比,分析产品在实际应用过程中的经济性.
In this paper,the reverse phase emulsion polymerization process is used for semi-continuous emulsion polymerization.With water-soluble acrylamide(AM)as the main chain structure,methyl acryloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(DMC)and dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride(DMDAAC)as water-soluble cation monomers,Sorbitan oleate(Span80),polyoxyethylene sorbitan anhydride monooleate(tween81)and cationic organic polymer emulsifier were combined with emulsifying system and redox initiation system to synthesize cationic emulsion flocculant.The synthetic product was applied in a sewage treatment plant in Zhanjiang,and its effect was compared in the practical application of cationic flocculant(powder),and the economy of the product was analyzed in the practical application.
