Abstract
目的 探讨反思性教学在培养病理学青年教师中的重要性和意义.方法 以病理教学为例,通过教学前、教学中和教学后三个环节提高青年教师教学水平.结果 通过反思性教学模式的培养,青年教师教学水平螺旋式上升.结论 反思性教学可以促使青年教师形成一套适合授课学生特点的教学方法和体系,培养出更多的优秀医学毕业生,促进我国医学事业的发展.
Objective The importance and significance of reflective teaching in the training of young pathological teachers were discussed.Methods Taking pathological teaching as an example,more attentions were paid to three levels of reflective teaching to develop teachers'career.Results Through the cultivation of reflective teaching model,the teaching level of young teachers spiraled.Conclusion Reflective teaching can prompt young teachers to form a set of teaching methods and systems suitable for teaching students' characteristics,to train more excellent medical graduates and to promote the development of Chinese medicine.
