Abstract
健全自治、法治、德治相结合的乡村治理体系,需要重新审视基层社会治理主体的微观互动."三治同构"是基层社会治理体系现代化、建设乡村社会治理共同体的创新探索.文章关注"三治结合"的微观问题,即"三治"如何在村级层面实现有效同构?基于对豫北B村的实证调查,认为"三治同构"表现出三重关联机制:权力整合是法治的重要路径,资源整合是自治的重要保障,道德整合是德治的重要内容."三治"在以权力整合、资源整合和道德整合的互动探索中实现同构.
To improve the rural governance system combining autonomy,rule of law and rule of virtue,it is necessary to re-examine the micro-interaction of grassroots social governance subjects.The"three gover-nance isomorphism"is an innovative exploration of the modernization of the grassroots social governance system and the construction of the rural social governance community.This paper focuses on the micro-ques-tions of"three governance integration",that is how to achieve effective isomorphism of"three governances"at the village level?Through the empirical investigation of village B in the North of Henan,it is believed that the"three governance isomorphism"shows a triple correlation mechanism:power integration is an im-portant path of the rule of law;resource integration is an important guarantee of autonomy,and moral inte-gration is an important part of the rule of virtue.The"three governances"achieve isomorphism in the inter-active exploration of power integration,resource integration and moral integration.
