Simple models of the contribution of intermediate state gluons to J\psi suppression at the CERN SPS

Abstract
We construct three simple scenarios of the evolution of intermediate stage gluons in Pb-Pb collisions at the CERN SPS. Only the scenario close to the model of Kharzeev, Lourenco, Nardi and Satz agrees qualitatively with the data of NA50 Collaboration.
