Through the regression analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: at present, the humanistic management of Xiamen Vocational Colleges in Fujian Province is too scattered, and there is a lack of professional management in the construction of the teaching team. The management mode of teaching and management is adopted, which increases the wo rkload of teachers and reduces the actual management effect. It is precisely because of this that teachers can not control the psychological state of students at any time We can't give humanistic care to the students by observing them carefully. Finally, the corresponding solutions to these problems are put forward. First of all, we should arrange life for students, and the counselors should be part-time teachers of some classes. At the same time, we should carry out relevant psychological counseling courses regularly. The head teacher should take part of the management responsibility of students, strengthen the communication between the class committee and the counselors, and understand the class situation timely and effectively.
