Abstract
Doing heat exchange by cooling water is the main procedure in casting & forging business field. But there is always calcification phenomenon to block the routes as well as the switch gears. To get rid of the scales, people often decompose the pipe away or to wash by hydrochloric acids. Those are troubles for engineers and might to become rust to the pipes & machines. Using Electrode Structures to take off the scales is one of the best schemes by neither expendables nor scours. In this paper, an actual effect is proven by electrode theory & practice experiences. The electrode structure, which is fabricated well, will liable to lift the long-term problems of scales for the forgings & castings.
