Abstract
Forty-nine lung transplant (LTx) recipients (26 center-based rehab and 23 telerehab) increased their 6-min walk test distance and gait speed from pre- to 10-12 wk post-LTx with no improvement in quadriceps torque or other Short Physical Performance Battery components. Correlations between leg strength, function, and exercise capacity were stronger post-LTx.
