Abstract
The article focuses on a study that treated calcaneus fractures associated with the risk of early wound complications. In the study a radiographic review at a level I trauma center was performed. Findings of the study suggests that inpatient soft tissue management protocol of calcaneal fractures is a feasible treatment option when a patient is kept in the hospital.
