Abstract
The article highlights the Hats Off to Hollywood, the 15th annual awards hosted by the Media Access Office and the California Governors Committee for the Employment of Disabled Persons, held in October 1996. According to WGA board member David Balkan, the Joan Young Memorial Award will be established. During the event, the Best Media Product in a Dramatic Television Series award was given to Evan Somers.
